Camp for the Laid Off?

I just received a message form Chris Colin, a writer from San Francisco, Ca. at SFGate, with the San Francisco Chronicle. He wrote about a special camp for people that have been laid off. It's not about swimming lessons and campfire, but about helping people that have been hit by the current economic crisis. Maybe there is something to learn. I guess would qualify for this camp!
